"HIVE" Download

The Following is a selection of screen shots and an explanation of how to download and install "The Hive" software on your computer. Please note that this software is only compatible with Windows XP and/or Vista.

By clicking on the download link, the following box will appear, as indicated in the picture below. Click on the "RUN" button and the software will automatically download and install the program for you.

The software will now begin to download or install depending on which option above you chose, either "Run" or "Save"

If you chose "Run" you may receive a box like the one below, do not panic. Click on the "RUN" button and the installation will complete and the software will load automatically.

If you chose "Save" you will need to find the folder that you downloaded the software to, it will be called "The Hive.exe" and will look like this:

Click on the image and it will begin to install. During installation if you receive a box like the one below, do not panic. Click on the "RUN" button and the installation will complete and the software will load automatically.

No matter which option above you chose, be it "Run" or "Save", once you click on the run button on the security warning screen, as indicated above, you will be presented with the next screen to finalize the installation process.

You must tick the "I Accept the terms of the License Agreement" box as indicated above and then click on the install button for the installation to complete. Do not concern yourself with the "Proxy Settings" button unless you know what you are doing. It is generally only for system administrators and people who wish to install the software on a corporate network. Your installation should now continue to download and update automatically to the latest version of the software.

On completion of the update, if it was required, you will be immediately taken to the Webcast room and be ready to log in.

Please log into the room using the details below:

First Name Last Name - Country e.g. Buzz Bee- Australia

Once you enter all the details to enter the room as indicated above and have clicked on the "OK" button you will immediately enter the "HIVE".

You will notice after the installation of the software that there should be an icon on your desktop. Anytime in the future that you wish to enter the room click on this icon and then follow the login procedure above to re-enter the room any time you wish 24/7.
